Shipping and returns
These terms apply to purchases of Dr TM products. They do not apply to surgical fees.
Australia
Free shipping Australia-wide on orders of $100.00 or more. Orders under that amount are quoted individually. The practice is in South Australia and aims to dispatch most product orders within one business day. Weekend and public-holiday orders generally leave the next business day.
Parcels are sent with Australia Post. Most items arrive within six days of shipping. See auspost.com.au for carrier terms. Pickup at the Adelaide rooms or Stirling Hospital is available at no charge.
International
International orders are quoted individually. Email admin@drtonymoore.com.au before placing an overseas request.
Returns
Report discrepancies within seven days of receiving the order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after that. Goods must be unused to qualify for a credit or refund, except as set out below.
If the error is the practice’s, return freight via Australia Post is reimbursed when full tracking is provided. Client ordering errors and change-of-mind returns, reported within seven days, unopened and in re-saleable condition, incur a 20% restocking fee. Return freight is then at the customer’s expense. Indent items are not accepted for change-of-mind cancellation.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged
Contact the rooms within seven days with a description and a photograph. Do not dispose of the item before you have heard back.
Suspected reaction
Stop using the product. Photograph the area if it is safe to do so, and contact the rooms. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used. This does not replace medical care, seek urgent help if you have breathing difficulty, swelling of the face or throat, or a severe rash.
