FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We are located in South Australia and to ensure our customers receive their orders expediently we ship most of our products within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or public holidays will generally be sent out the next business day. We use Australia Post for transport and delivery of all of our parcels. Please visit their website https://auspost.com.au for further information on their terms, conditions and delivery times. Most items will be received within 6 days of shipping.

Returns

GENERAL

Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or exchanges will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.
It may be necessary for clients to return goods by Australia Post, in which case, reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit (only if the error is on Dr Tony Moore's behalf). Please ensure full tracking details are provided in order to monitor the parcel being sent back.
We do not accept cancellations and returns for change of mind on indent items.
All goods must be unused when returned toDr Tony Moore in order to qualify for a credit or refund.
Errors made by clients when placing their order can be returned if reported within 7 days and products are unopened. This will incur a 20% restocking fee. This includes change of mind returns also. Goods must arrive in re-saleable condition. Return freight will be at the customer's expense.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have had a change of mind about an item you have ordered we will need to receive it back unopened and unused in the original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Please refer to the General section above for further information.

FAULTY/INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If the item you have received is faulty, the incorrect item or damaged please contact us within 7 days with a detailed description of the product and a photo of the item. Please do not dispose of the item before we have contacted you. Please refer to the general section above for further information.

 

ALLERGY RETURN

In the rare instance that you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and take a photograph of the reaction. Please refer to the general section above for further information. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon return to Dr Tony Moore.​
